Where satellite
is the right answer

Starlink does not replace fiber. It covers what fiber cannot: sites outside the terrestrial footprint, deployments that have to be live in days, and the independent path an organisation needs when the ground network is cut.

Automatic failover

The satellite link sits ready, monitored and tested. On a plain failover it takes the traffic within seconds; bonded through SpeedFusion the session itself survives the switch. Either way, nobody makes a phone call or moves a cable.

Sites outside the footprint

A quarry, a solar farm, a construction site or a facility in the Arava - anywhere a wired rollout would take months and cost as much as the project it serves.

Rapid and temporary deployment

An event, a build site, an interim office or an emergency centre. Full connectivity within days and a clean teardown at the end, with no five-year infrastructure contract attached.

Business continuity

The kits we install
in Israel

Two kits are approved for use in Israel today: Standard and Mini. Both are electronic phased arrays with no moving parts, aimed by hand with the app. The heavier Performance line is not yet approved here - when that changes, we will carry it.

Standard and Mini, to true scale

The Standard is a 594 mm panel with a separate Router 3; the Mini is 298 mm with the router inside the dish, weighs one kilogram, and can run from USB-C. For almost every fixed business site, the Standard is the answer.

Where Starlink ends and your network begins

The Standard kit's Router 3 gives two LAN ports - or steps aside entirely, so the link lands on your own firewall and becomes one WAN among several. That is the point where an installation becomes a network.

What we sell in Israel is the Local Priority service with a priority-data package, and most of what a buyer needs to know sits in the footnotes. The plan behaviour and the regulatory position below are Starlink's own published statements; the performance figures are Starlink's global ones, marked as such. Where Starlink publishes nothing for Israel, this page says so rather than filling the gap.

These are the figures Starlink publishes for Priority plans in its own specifications table, and they are global rather than Israeli. Speeds are not guaranteed and vary with location and load.

Priority data goes first, and does not roll over

Starlink gives priority data precedence over residential traffic on the same cell - that is the whole point of a business line. Unused priority data does not carry into the next month, so the right package size matters.

After the allowance, the line slows - it does not stop

When the priority allowance is spent, the line continues on unlimited standard data at lower network priority for the rest of the month. On a quiet cell you may barely notice; at peak hours you will. Sizing the package to the site's real usage is most of our job.

The public IP is a DHCP lease, not a static address

Priority plans include a publicly routable IPv4 address, and Starlink assigns it by DHCP. IPv6 is on by default. If a service behind the link needs a fixed address, that is a design question we answer with the firewall, not with the dish.

In Israel this is a fixed-site link

Starlink states on its Israeli help centre that Roam and in-motion use are not permitted in Israel, for local regulatory reasons. The in-motion capability that exists elsewhere is therefore not something we sell here.

The kits approved in Israel are Standard and Mini

We currently supply and install the Standard and Mini kits. The heavier Performance line is not yet approved for use in Israel - when that changes, we will carry it. For almost every fixed business site, the Standard kit is the right answer anyway.

Business lines cannot be paused

Standby Mode, which lets a residential customer pause a line for a quiet season, is not available on business lines. A seasonal site is a sizing decision, not a pause button.

Why a low orbit
changes the physics

Satellite internet used to mean geostationary - a round trip so long that voice and video arrived late by physics, not by engineering. Starlink's constellation sits far lower, and the round trip drops accordingly. Then four steps take the link from an order to a circuit under monitoring.

The distance is the latency. A geostationary satellite is dozens of times farther away than a Starlink one, and every packet pays that distance twice on every request.

A line-of-sight survey, mount and cabling, integration at the firewall - the moment the link becomes part of the network - and a row in monitoring, with a threshold and an alert like any other circuit.
