Who is SpotNet?
SpotNet is an Israeli technology service provider and licensed ISP, specialising in integrated solutions across cyber security, cloud services, managed IT and network infrastructure. We have been operating since 1999 - 27 years - and today carry more than 3,000 connected organisations.
Where is SpotNet located?
Our headquarters and operations centre are at Oren 4, Shoham, Israel. The NOC and SOC operate from there around the clock, and our field teams cover the whole country.
Which industries does SpotNet serve?
Finance, healthcare, education, government, industry, logistics and retail. The common thread is not the sector - it is that downtime is expensive and the security requirements are real.
What is the relationship with SpotGroup?
SpotNet is one of the companies in SpotGroup, alongside SpotiFiber, which plans and deploys infrastructure, and SpotAcademy, which delivers professional training. SpotNet focuses on operating, managing and supporting the live network.
What exactly does SpotNet provide?
Symmetric business internet, optic fiber, cyber security, cloud services, fully managed IT, NOC and SOC monitoring, and professional services. Satellite connectivity through Starlink and multi-WAN bonding through Peplink sit alongside all of it.
Do I have to take everything, or can I start with one service?
Start wherever the problem is. Most clients begin with connectivity or with security and expand once they see how the pieces fit. Each service stands on its own.
Who is this suited to?
Organisations from roughly 30 users up to several thousand, including financial institutions, defence-adjacent bodies, technology companies and public sector organisations.
What are your support hours?
The NOC and SOC run 24 hours a day, every day of the year, from Israel. The engineers who answer can see your topology while they are talking to you.
How do you work alongside an internal IT team?
As a backline. Your team keeps ownership and context, and gains 24/7 monitoring, senior specialists in every discipline and a defined escalation path at two in the morning. It is a very common arrangement.
What is the response time?
Response targets are set in the service agreement and depend on severity. Critical incidents get a human within minutes, because the NOC is already watching rather than waiting for your call.
How does switching provider actually work?
We map what you run today, agree a cutover plan with a written rollback, run the migration in a maintenance window and stay on the line through the first business day. The aim is that your users notice nothing.
Do I need to replace my existing hardware?
Usually not. We assess what you have, keep what is still fit for purpose and replace only what is holding the design back. Nobody benefits from a replacement that was not necessary.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing depends on scope, number of sites, user count and service level, and is quoted after a short discovery call or a site survey. The survey carries no cost and no obligation.

Can you provide Starlink for business?
Yes. SpotNet is the authorized Starlink business reseller in Israel - supply, certified installation and integration of the link into your firewall, routing policy and monitoring.
Where is our data stored?
Wherever your regulator and your risk appetite require. We deliver public cloud on Azure, sovereign cloud on Zadara under Israeli jurisdiction, and private or hybrid on VMware. Residency is a design decision, not an afterthought.
