What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we receive the details you enter - typically your name, company, work email, phone number and the message itself. We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, in aggregate, to understand how the site is used.
Why we hold it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, to provide the services you have asked about, and to maintain the commercial relationship if one begins. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How it is protected
Data is held under the same security standards we apply to our clients' environments - encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and monitored infrastructure. Where a service provider processes data on our behalf, they are bound by equivalent obligations.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record we are legally required to keep. Write to info@spotnet.co.il and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to remember your language preference and to load fonts. There is no advertising tracking on spotnet.co.il.
