SUMMARY
We're seeking a Sales Specialist with a true hunter mindset – someone who thrives in the field, actively chases new opportunities, and excels at building lasting B2B client relationships. In this client-facing role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, conducting meetings, and closing deals that drive SpotNet’s growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities

Conduct on-site client visits and meetings across various regions

Present SpotNet’s IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions in a consultative, value-driven manner
-
Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to deal closure
-
Coordinate with technical teams to deliver customized proposals and solutions
-
Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales pipelines, and forecasts
-
Represent SpotNet at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
REQUIREMENTS
-
2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT, telecom, or cybersecurity)
-
Strong hunter mentality – proactive, driven, resilient
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and convey technical solutions
-
Fluent in Hebrew and English – spoken and written
-
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients
ADVANTAGES:

Experience selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or cloud services
-
Background with MSPs, ISPs, or system integrators
-
Knowledge of Fortinet, Microsoft 365, or Peplink solutions

Familiarity with CRM tools (especially Monday CRM)

Fortinet sales certifications or similar credentials

Existing network of business clients in the B2B tech space
