SUMMARY

We’re looking for a hands-on, service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our growing technical support team. This full-time, on-site role involves supporting users and endpoints, resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and gaining exposure to networking and security environments. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support for hardware, software, and business applications
  • Support end users remotely and on-site (Windows, macOS, mobile, printers)
  • Troubleshoot desktop issues and basic network connectivity problems
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and endpoint setups
  • Apply OS/security updates and maintain endpoint health
  • Maintain documentation, inventory, and support records
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure-related projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and remote support tools
  • Familiarity with macOS and mobile device platforms (Android/iOS)
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity hygiene (MFA, antivirus, endpoint protection)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Fluent English – written and verbal
  • Service-oriented mindset and ability to work independently

ADVANTAGES:

Experience with MDM, RMM, or cloud/SaaS platforms
Exposure to routers, switches, or firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Cisco)

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

Microsoft: MCP / MCSA / MD-102
CompTIA Certifications: A+, Network+, or Security+
